Students on the Course: Minimum = 4, Maximum = 10

Duration: 5 Days

Pre-Requisites: Persons must have had attended the following:

  • Company Induction
  • Safe Pass or IOSH Working Safely or equivalent

Requirements: A form of ID, i.e. Passport Photo, Drivers License etc., & PPS Number.

Aims/ Objectives: The course deals with a wide range of industry specific aspects including: Regulations; Safety Plans and Statements; Hazardous Substances; Electrical Hazards; Demolition; Risk Assessment; Communication in Health and Safety etc.

Who Should Attend: Senior Managers Managers and Supervisors.

Examination

  • 45 minute Written Assessment
  • Workplace Practical Assessment

 

Course Material: Each delegate will receive a training / course folder. Contents of the folder will include slides from each module, industry specific documentation relevant to that module, and may also include relevant HSA guidelines where appropriate.

Certification: Successful candidates will be issued with an IOSH Managing Safely in Construction Certificate.

NOTE: Payment must be made in full or at least 50% before booking can be confirmed.  If course is cancelled by Celtic Safety Training, a full refund is issued.  For cancellation made by students within 5 days of course start date, no refund can be given.  Cancellations made by the student more than 5 days before the course start date, 50% refund only. Deposits cannot be refunded.
